Ingredients:
1. 2 or 3 (depending on size) apples.
2. Flour 1 cup.
3. 3 eggs.
4. Honey 2 - 3 tablespoons.
5. Cinnamon.
Step one.
Before you start cooking, set the oven to heat up 180 degrees.
Step Two
If desired, you can pre-peel apples from the peel. With a sharp knife, peel the apples from the core and cut them into small cubes or slices. In a situation of acute lack of time, you can chop apples in a blender. But in this case, you should be careful so that the pieces of apples do not turn into a smoothie. You can also use a coarse grater to chop apples.
We spread apple slices into a mold, evenly pour honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix gently so that honey soaks all the apples.
If you don’t like the taste of honey or if someone from your home has an allergy to it, you can successfully replace honey with sugar. In this case, you need about half a glass for a pie.
Step Three
Using an immersion blender, combine the eggs and flour. Beat at maximum speed for two to three minutes. The dough should not be too thick and should remind pancake by consistency. If the dough is not liquid enough, you can add a little milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Step Four
Pour apples in the form of dough, making sure that the filling is evenly coated. On top of the decoration, you can lightly sprinkle cinnamon on the cake.
Step Five
We put the form with the apple pie in the oven and bake for about twenty minutes. Using a toothpick, check if the cake is ready.
Before serving, it is advisable to let the cake rest and cool to room temperature. A very effective way of serving will be to supplement each piece with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. It remains only to brew aromatic tea or brew strong coffee, and call home to the table.
