At first glance, it may seem that the preparation of this salad is very difficult, but in fact it will take about 20 minutes.
So, to make Yin-Yang salad, you need 500 grams of peeled squid, 150 grams of hard cheese, 2 fresh tomatoes, 3 chicken eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a bunch of parsley and 100 grams of red and black caviar. Now in supermarkets there is a wonderful analogue of natural caviar, its protein counterpart. Therefore, you can safely use it.
Boil squids in boiling salted water for 3 minutes and cut into strips, grate the eggs and cheese, coarsely chop the tomatoes, chop the greens.
Squid mix with herbs and mayonnaise.
Put chopped tomatoes on top of a squid layer. Immediately after slicing the tomatoes, let them drain by throwing them in a colander. So the salad will not be too watery.

Garnish the top with red and black caviar, laying it in the shape of the yin-yang sign.
