Empty gas (propane) cylinders, which have expired, can be used at home for other purposes. For example, from a 50-liter cylinder you get an original barbecue.

Then it will be necessary to cut a rectangular cover with a grinder, make markings and weld two loops. In this case, the master uses the usual furniture hinges (but it is desirable that the metal is thicker).
The main stages of work
At the next stage, it is necessary to cut off the "sole" of the cylinder with a grinder (a round stand in the lower part). Then it is advisable to clean the container itself from old paint.
Just below the welded hinges (about 5 cm from the edge of the lid), the master draws a straight line and marks the places for drilling holes in increments of 8-9 cm. Then he drills the holes using an electric drill.
Next, it will be necessary to cut four segments with a length of 85 cm from a metal pipe with a diameter of 25 mm. These will be the legs for the barbecue. We cut off the edges of the pipes at an angle of approximately 45 degrees and weld to the cylinder.
Then, from scraps of metal and pieces of reinforcement, it remains only to make decorative elements, and weld them. The barbecue should be painted with heat-resistant paint.
