Moving sheet materials (plywood, OSB, chipboard, etc.), as well as heavy loads (for example, boxes with parts or tools) alone is inconvenient. Therefore, for these purposes, you can make yourself a "partner" - a homemade mini trolley. For its manufacture will require a minimum of materials.
The main stages of work
Four workpieces with a length of 5 cm and four pieces with a length of 12 cm must be cut off from a 15x15 mm profile pipe. Then we weld them together at a right angle - in the end, four L-shaped parts should be obtained. We clean the places of welding with a grinder. We retreat from the edge of 2-3 cm, and drill one hole in each workpiece.
Next, we weld the L-shaped “paws” to a 35x12 cm metal plate. The profile is best cooked semi-automatically. If you use inverter welding, then select electrodes with a diameter of no more than 2.5 mm. We clean the resulting platform with a cleaning disk of an angle grinder, degrease and paint with spray paint.
Lastly, we fasten four wheels to the “paws” (you can use wheels from the goods carts, which are used in large construction and grocery stores). Now the home-made device for transporting heavy and oversized cargo is completely ready for use.
