For work you will need a thick-walled steel tube 32 cm long, a special fitting adapter and two wheels (they can be removed from furniture cabinets or from an old sofa). First of all, you need to drill a hole in the center of the tube using an electric drill with a special nozzle, and then firmly fix the fitting adapter in this place using gas or electric welding.
The end holes of the tube also need to be tightly welded, using pieces of steel "round" of a suitable diameter for this. In the upper part of the tube, it is necessary to drill 3-4 small holes (for water supply) at an equal distance from each other, and castors to be welded from below. After that, it remains only to clean the surface of the structure with a grinder and paint.
