Cook a snow branch

An unusual composition will decorate the interior on the eve of the New Year holidays. We create a masterpiece at home in 2.5 hours. For crafts, you will need: a branch, salt, water, Christmas toys in the form of balls, a disk, a cone or other decorations.
Step No. 1. Pour 0.5 l of water into the pan, add 4 tablespoons of salt (with a slide) to it, mix thoroughly. We place a branch in the brine so that its water completely covers. You can press the "brew" with spoons. We put the pan on a slow fire. Do not cover with a lid. Cook until the water evaporates to a maximum, and the salt takes a creamy shape.
Step number 2. Carefully take out the branch covered with salt frost on a wide plate (cutting board). To facilitate the task, you can do this with tweezers. Leave for a couple of hours to dry.
Step number 3. We prepare a flowerpot for a snow branch. We attach a Christmas tree toy to the disk with plasticine, a ball, after removing the plastic plug for the eyelet. Next we install additional decorative elements, in our case, this is a bump, leaf and chestnut. Done.
Step number 4. Slightly dried tree trunk lower into the hole in the ball.
Step number 5. We decorate the craft with improvised materials: small caps, buttons.
The Christmas product will be completely ready in a day.
During this time, the salt will finally dry and crystallize. Such snow looks very interesting and, unlike cotton wool, naturally. But its main advantage is that even at a temperature of 40 ° C it remains in its original form. The composition will perfectly complement the New Year's entourage, cheer up. And finally, add a small postscript: in the pan with salt, you can add water again and repeat the procedure with other objects repeatedly.
