First of all, you need to make a mask pattern from cardboard. It should be 20 cm long and 10 cm wide.
There is no need to give allowances for the seams to the pattern, since the mask will be edged with an inlay.
About 3.5 cm from one edge, the cut will be processed from the wrong side of the mask. It is needed so that, if necessary, the sachet with dried flowers can be removed and the mask washed.
According to the pattern, the front part of the mask (whole), the back part of the mask (cut, with allowances of 1.5 cm for processing the cut), as well as 2 parts from the adhesive strip, should be cut.
The front and back parts of the mask must be glued using an iron. The allowances for processing the cut on the wrong side must be ironed at 1.5 cm.
The allowances for processing the cut must be tucked and stitched.
The front and back parts of the mask should be swept among themselves along the edge. At the same time, they must “look” at each other with the wrong sides.
Then you need to pin the elastic to the mask with pins. Its length is determined individually empirically.
After that, from the wrong side of the mask it is necessary to grind a slanting inlay.
Next, the oblique collar should be unscrewed to the front of the mask and stitched at a distance of 1 mm from the ironed bend.
If necessary, the mask can be neatly ironed from the wrong side through the iron.
From white calico you need to cut a sachet for dried flowers, - a rectangle with dimensions 13 * 17 cm. One cross section of the part must be ironed 1 cm to the wrong side.
Then the sachet needs to be folded in half in length and grind on one long and one short side.
After this, the sachet needs to be turned on the face and ironed.
Using a spoon, fill the sachet with dried lavender flowers.
The filled bag should be stitched on a typewriter. Dried flowers need to be evenly distributed with your fingers throughout the sachet.
Now sachets with lavender can be inserted into the mask.
Fragrant mask for sleep is ready!
