In order to build such an unusual gift, we need:
- canvas for embroidery;
- a needle;
- scissors;
- not expensive thread for embroidery (orange, yellow, red, green and brown);
- several beads of bright color or thread for a bow;
- a cardboard form of a small paper heart;
- cotton wool or other stuff for stuffing.
To get started: take a cardboard heart shape and redraw it on a canvas folded in two layers. Before this, we connect the canvas with a needle or a pin so that the pattern does not walk on the fabric.
Redrawn.
We retreat from the line of the heart 0.5 cm. And with small strokes, parallel to the drawing, draw another heart.
Now cut two identical hearts in the second line.
Done.
Of the orange threads weave two identical braids and fix them with a thread on top and bottom.
We attach hearts to each other (as they cut it out) and sew.
We leave the space at the top of the heart unstitched. We fix two pigtails and sew another centimeter. Leave a small neck for the filler. It will be nice if you go the same route again to strengthen the seam.
Now pull the pigtails up.
We turn out the heart nor the front side.
In order to give our valentine the desired shape, not with a pointed pencil or special stick, carefully align the seams in the middle of the product and loosely stuff it with cotton or centipon.
Done.
Sew the top of the product. Where the seam goes, we make the bangs with orange threads.
It remains to embroider with brown threads eyebrows and eyes, and red - mouth. Embroidery can be applied with stitch and cross - as you like. It is recommended to embroider on the finished product. So you can more accurately distribute its center.
We decorate pigtails with beads or bows with thread.
On the back of the heart - valentines, you can embroider the name of the boy to whom the gift is intended.
The peculiarity of this product is that it is very simple to make it even for a small child. Also, a girl can give a valentine her hair color, special features and a cheerful smile.
