For this homemade product you will need two small speakers (for example, from an old pocket radio or a small cassette recorder), as well as wooden barrels with a lid, which are used to store coffee beans. They can be bought at the supermarket, in the market or ordered on the Internet.
Home-made bluetooth speakers will become an adornment of any interior, and they also have a very compact size, so you can easily take them with you for a walk or a trip.
To make such original speakers, in addition to speakers and wooden barrels that will be used as a case, you will also need a control board with a Bluetooth module and connectors for connecting a power adapter.
The main stages of work
Wooden barrels are varnished for a more expressive appearance. In the bottom you need to cut a hole for the diameter of the speaker - we drill it using a core drill for an electric drill. We clean the edges of the holes with sandpaper, and then glue the speakers.
At the next stage of work, four more holes for legs are drilled in each barrel, which can be made of round sticks (or long furniture dowels). We cut the wooden sticks of the desired length, insert them into the drilled holes and additionally fix with glue.
In the lids of the barrels you need to drill holes for the wires from the speakers. The edges of the lid are sealed with masking tape for a more snug fit. Additionally, they are attached to three self-tapping screws, which are twisted on the sides.
How to enable columns
We assemble the plastic case, put the control board there, and connect the wires leading from the speakers to the connectors on the microcircuit. We connect the power adapter, synchronize with any Bluetooth device (it can be a smartphone, tablet, laptop) and broadcast music or audio recordings to the speakers.
